Reynaldo is originally from London, where he received training from The Place CAT scheme, Central School of Ballet, and Ballet Black Associates; here, he has also performed works by Richard Alston, Bawren Tavaziva, Regina Wielingen, Kristina and Sade Alleyne, and Olga Semenova. From 2013-2014 Reynaldo was also a member of the National Youth Dance Company under the artistic direction of Akram Khan, and toured ‘The Rashomon Effect’ choreographed by Andrej Petrovič.
After leaving Central School of Ballet Reynaldo ventured into other disciplines other than dance. Now, Reynaldo trains at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, where he is currently in his second year of training. Reynaldo’s current interest of research as a developing artist combines butoh, spoken words and physical theatre; a medley he uses to produce a witty, gutsy, rebellious autobiographical performance art.
