Elias Miguez was born in Buenos Aires. He has a Degree in Choreographic Composition with mention in Body expression (National University of Arts). Mainly, he has been formed in improvisation and choreographic composition with Constanza Macras, Abraham Hurtado, Chevi Muraday and Alexis Eupierre, among others.
Among his creations are the works “Sexo De-vil”, “Abortar la danza”, “El verano” and “Serie experimental are some of his most significant ones. Prueba #1”-this one reached a research residency in the Contemporary Art Space (EAC-UY) -. Thanks to this residency, he creates “No hay mal que cien años dures ni cuerpo que lo aguante”.
Since 2017 he lives in Madrid, Spain where he developed his career as a dancer and performer in projects like Rui Horta’s QUORUM (Matadero Madrid) and Monica Runde’s and Inez Narváez’s ONDINE (Sala Cuarta Pared).
