Romina Langone (Milan, 1996) is an Italian dancer. She began her training with classical dance in her hometown and recently graduated from the Triennial Course of Contemporary Dance of the Ballet of Rome in June 2018. She studied classical dance, floorwork, release technique, improvisation and instant composition with Italian and international teachers including Marta Ciappina, Pablo Tapia Layton, Giorgia Nardin, Lauren Potter, Jorge Crecis. During the first year of training, she took part in the project “Prove d’Autore” of the Anticorpi XL network with the choreographer Francesca Pennini with the sharing of the work “Candeo = I shine” in December 2015 at the Ballet of Rome.
In the editions of 2016 and 2017, she took part in the “B.Motion” and “Gender Bender international festival” festivals as Dance Audience Companion. In 2017 she approached circus practices in the workshop “Acrobatics into Dance, Dance into Acrobatics” conducted by choreographer Jorge Crecis and acrobat Tim Lenkiewicz. During the second and third year of training she took part in the projects “Heroes” and “Wendy Carlos” of the choreographer Pablo Tapia Layton presenting the final work “Wendy Carlos-last session” at the Diamond Space in Rome in June 2018.
