Annemijn Rijk (1993) completed her Bachelor of Choreography at the Fontys Dance academy in 2016. With the body as a point of reference and as a base for connection, dance is the optimal medium for communication for her. Annemijn her work is both physical as theatrical, causing her work to have multiple layers. Together with choreographer and dancer Piet van Dycke she is currently creating and performing the duet Lullaby.

As a performer her interest lies in finding ways to let the body speak, resulting in a search for (physical) borders and the taking of risks. She aims to pushes her performance to the edge while staying connected to the audience and her surroundings. Annemijn work as a freelance choreographer and performer with Noord Brabant as her base.
